OUR MISSION STATEMENT

We at Nature Coast Acupuncture believe that we are facilitators of the healing process. Our mission is to provide the highest quality alternative health care to the citizens of Hernando County by steering the patient’s body toward balance and harmony. We will provide a nurturing environment in which the patient feels that they play an active role in their health care. Our aim is to provide a holistic approach to every condition, treating the root cause as well as current symptoms.

Our goal is to provide patients with the knowledge they need to assure long-term harmonious health and functioning. We will strive to alleviate the physical and emotional pain of dysfunction while treating our patients as a whole being deserving of dignity and respect. We will adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct at all times.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on an ancient Taoist philosophy wherein the human spirit and the unique balance within each individual can be healed by understanding the intimate connection between body, mind, spirit and our environment. Using Traditional Chinese modalities, we are able to guide the energy of the body so that its innate ability to heal itself can properly bring about homeostasis. We believe that teaching our patients to identify and utilize this innate ability, they can be a catalyst in healing and bringing about this harmony thus taking control of their health.
