health, promotes normal nerve growth and development by maintaining the fatty sheaths which cover and protect nerve endings.
B12 supplementation is essential for those who use antacids or anti-ulcer drugs, have poor dietary habits, are vegetarians, and
those who consume caffeine. B12 also promotes more restful sleep as it plays a vital role in melatonin production.

Cupping is a method of treatment involving the application of suction to the skin to draw out blood and sometimes pus.
Cupping is also called “Fire Cupping” because the suction is produced when a lighted alcohol swab placed inside the cup
burns the oxygen to create a vacuum after the cup has been placed on the skin. The globe-shaped glass cups are used to
enable the practitioner to see the flame and prevent burning the patient. Cupping is used to treat impediment pain,
coughs, stomach and abdominal pain, back and lumbar pain as well as initial stage swelling abscesses.
Various methods of cupping include stationary cupping, push or moving cupping, flash cupping, and pricking and cupping.

Ear acupuncture has broad applications. The action of each point is usually indicated by the name of the point.
Points can be named after organs or parts of the body and are used to treat diseases of those organs or body parts.
Points named after diseases or therapeutic actions treat those therapeutic actions.
Some points are named because of their location on the auricle.
